JA Inspire Career Exploration Fair
DECember 8th-10th, 2026

CTE School and Program
Registration form

Thank you for your interest in participating in the JA Inspire Career Exploration Fair. All CTE School Exhibitors should please note the following:

  • This year’s event will take place over three days. Please make sure you have your booth staffed all three days. New volunteers can come each day, but the booth should not be empty until all students have departed.

  • All high schools and CTE programs can have their standard career stations at no cost, including 10 Amps of electricity and one WiFi password for 6 continuous hours per day for the same device, upon request.

  • Once we receive your registration, we will contact you regarding booth set-up. Exhibitors will be able to set their booth up on Monday, December 7th. There is a brochure and video on the exhibitor resources page to help you.

  • If you are registering for multiple booths, please ensure that you specify the name of the program and the career cluster for each booth.

  • You can also download a PDF version of the Registration Form and email it to Justine Caccia, JA Inspire Manager, at justine.caccia@ja.org or 401-331-3850 ext. 17

  • Once your registration is received, a JA staff member will contact you regarding the hands-on activity for your booth at the convention center. Please let us know as soon as possible if you plan to bring a vehicle or other oversized object as part of your booth.

  • Upon request, electricity and internet access will be covered by Junior Achievement of Rhode Island. You will receive 10 Amps of electricity and one WiFi password for 6 continuous hours per day for the same device. You must indicate you need electricity to JA no later than 11/9 to be eligible. Additional and other services at the convention center are the responsibility of the exhibitor. You can purchase them at this website.

New, requested opportunity for this year
High school CTE students will have the opportunity to visit other exhibitors beginning at 8:00 am and continuing until an announcement is made to return to all booths for the first middle school group arrivals each day

  • Please know that arrival times may vary, and due to our transportation provider’s existing schedule, your school could arrive at any point during the 8:00 am hour.

  • If you would prefer an arrival closer to 8:00 am, you may choose to arrange your own transportation. In this case, your school would be fully responsible for all related coordination and logistics to and from the event. Please notify us as soon as possible if you plan to do so.

  • We are unable to accommodate extended or adjusted time later in the day for high school students to visit exhibitors, regardless of how much time they have in the morning.

  • During the 8:00 a.m. visiting window, an adult supervisor (teacher, coordinator, etc.) must remain at your school’s booth at all times.

  • Once the first middle school group arrives, please listen for an announcement to be made, as well as a projection on the wall. At that time, all high school students must return to and remain at their school’s exhibit booth for the duration of the event.
